Opening of Meeting:

The meeting was called to order by President Gallagher at 3:00 P.M.

Roll Call:

Absent: Tonna
Staff: Jennifer Faught for District Counsel Bakker, Maintenance Director Landi and District Clerk Landi

Closed Session:

1. Conference with Legal Counsel -- Anticipated litigation
   
   Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of §54956.9 (1 potential case)
   
   The Closed Session began at 3:01 P.M and ended at 3:17 P.M.
   
   The Board authorized action in the case of the Bayshore Sanitary District vs. the City and County of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

Adjournment:

A motion was made by Director Quinteros, seconded by Director Swanbeck and passed to adjourn the meeting at 3:18 P.M. The next regular meeting is November 29th.
